Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day enter our packing queue that same day. Orders received after that, on weekends, or on US public holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Shipping is $6.99 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 ship free.
Standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Maison Dulval currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all fifty states. International destinations, APO/FPO military addresses, and US territories are not supported at this time.
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, write to customercare@maisondulval.com and we'll send it again.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination address and applicable state and local rates. Any taxes due will be visible alongside the order total before you confirm your purchase.
If your order has not yet entered our shipping pipeline, you can request a cancellation by emailing customercare@maisondulval.com as quickly as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to our courier and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and follow the standard return procedure outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with anyone in your household, then with neighbours or building staff in case it was accepted on your behalf. If you still cannot find it, email customercare@maisondulval.com with your order number and we will investigate alongside you to find a resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 60 calendar days of delivery. Items must be free from any signs of wear, washing, or alteration, returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, and submitted with valid proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Email customercare@maisondulval.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait to receive return instructions and the correct return address from our team before shipping anything. Once confirmed, repack the garment carefully with all original tags and packaging in place, drop the parcel off with your chosen carrier, and retain your tracking reference until the refund or exchange has been completed.
The cost of returning an item to Maison Dulval is the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue prepaid return labels, and we do not deduct shipping fees from refunds. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping service for your return, as Maison Dulval cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged on the return journey.
Yes. If you'd prefer a different size, colour, or product altogether, we're happy to arrange an exchange in place of a refund. Please indicate this clearly when you first contact customercare@maisondulval.com, and a member of the team will guide you through the specifics. Exchanges are available for both faulty and non-faulty garments. Return shipping for exchanges remains the responsibility of the customer.
Once your returned garment reaches our facility and the return is approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that your original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part, and your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refund on your statement. If 7 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund was issued and you still cannot locate it, please get in touch.
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with the order you receive, please contact customercare@maisondulval.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue, and we will arrange a resolution at no cost to you, whether that takes the form of a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Sizing & Fit
Maison Dulval pieces are designed to fit true to size with a considered, modern cut. We recommend selecting your usual size unless our size guide indicates otherwise for a specific piece.
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches. If you're unsure, write to customercare@maisondulval.com with your usual size in a brand you wear regularly and we'll guide you.
For most pieces we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. For more tailored pieces, sizing down works better. The size guide on each product page has specific notes.
When washed according to the care instructions on the garment label, Maison Dulval pieces hold their shape. Following the care instructions is important to maintain the fit and feel.
Some pieces are restocked, others are limited to a single run. If a size you want is unavailable, email customercare@maisondulval.com and we'll let you know if and when it returns.
Products & Care
Each product page lists the specific materials and composition for that piece. Maison Dulval focuses on natural fibres and considered fabrics, selected to last beyond the season.
Every garment includes specific care instructions on its label. As a general rule, our pieces respond best to gentle washing, low heat, and minimal tumble drying.
Each piece is produced in partnership with manufacturers selected for their craft. The country of origin is listed on each product page where available.
We don't offer alterations in-house. We recommend taking your piece to a trusted local tailor if it needs adjustment.

About Maison Dulval
Maison Dulval was founded by Francis Dulval, a New York-raised, French-rooted designer who built Maison Dulval around the wardrobe she always wanted but couldn't find. You can read more on our About page.
Maison Dulval is French-rooted (Francis' father is French) and built on French sensibilities of restraint and longevity. We're based and operated in the United States.

At present, Maison Dulval is online only. Physical presence will be considered as Maison Dulval grows.
