Shipping policy
Every Maison Dulval order is packed by hand and dispatched promptly, so the piece you have chosen reaches your wardrobe with as little delay as possible. The information below covers how we handle your shipment, the timelines you can expect, and how to reach us if anything along the way isn't quite right.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Estimated Timelines
Processing Time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays)
Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after the parcel has been handed to the carrier
Total Time from Order to Doorstep: 3 to 8 business days
Daily Cutoff for Same-Day Processing
Orders that reach us before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will enter our packing queue that same day. Anything submitted at or after 2:00 PM EST, on a weekend, or on a recognised US public holiday will be picked up the following business day.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to every order, regardless of cart size. Any applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and displayed alongside this fee at checkout, so the full amount payable is visible before you confirm your order. Every parcel is dispatched with a tracking number, and the link to follow your shipment will be sent to the email address on your order the moment it leaves us.
Where We Ship
Maison Dulval currently delivers exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all fifty states. We are not able to ship to international destinations, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories at this time.
Delivery Partners
We work with a small group of established carriers, including USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery / Ground. The carrier assigned to your particular shipment is chosen based on your delivery address and the service availability in your area at the time of dispatch.
Following Your Parcel
The moment your order is handed to the carrier, an email lands in your inbox with a tracking number and a link that lets you watch its journey in real time, from our facility through to your door.
When Things Don't Go to Plan
The majority of our shipments arrive comfortably within the estimated windows above. On occasion, however, delays can occur due to circumstances such as:
- Disruption to the carrier's own network
- Weather events affecting transit routes
- Heightened parcel volumes during peak retail periods
- Other events outside of our reasonable control
Where we become aware of a meaningful delay affecting your specific shipment, we will reach out to you with an update as quickly as possible.
Address Errors and Failed Deliveries
We rely on the information you enter at checkout to get your parcel where it needs to go, so please double-check your details carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to Maison Dulval because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise undeliverable, a member of our team will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Please note that an additional shipping fee may apply in this scenario, since the cost of re-sending the parcel is not covered by your original payment.
Missing or Misdelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been marked "Delivered" but you are unable to locate it, we would suggest taking the following steps before raising it with us:
1) Check with anyone else in the household who may have brought it inside
2) Speak to neighbours, building staff, or property managers in case it was accepted on your behalf
3) Get in touch with the carrier directly using the contact details on their tracking page
If, after those steps, the parcel still cannot be found, please email customercare@maisondulval.com with your order number and we will work alongside you to investigate and find a resolution.
