Refund policy
Maison Dulval was founded on a simple principle: that elevated menswear should be considered, beautifully made, and accessible to the men who appreciate the difference. Every jacket, shirt, and knit we produce reflects careful fabric selection and a quiet attention to construction. We want each piece to feel right the moment it lands in your wardrobe, and on the rare occasion that it does not, we have made the process of sending it back as transparent as possible.
This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
Window for Returns
Customers have 60 calendar days from the day of delivery to submit a return or exchange request. Any request that reaches us after this window has closed will not be eligible for processing.
Condition of Returned Garments
To be accepted, returned items must meet the following:
- Free from any signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Returned in their original packaging, with all attached tags intact
- Submitted alongside valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Garments that arrive showing signs of use, missing tags, or without their original packaging cannot be approved for refund.
Who Covers Return Shipping
The cost of returning an item to Maison Dulval is the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue prepaid return labels, and we do not deduct shipping fees from refunds to recover this cost. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping service for your return, as Maison Dulval cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged on the return journey.
How to Begin a Return
1) Email customercare@maisondulval.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2) Wait to receive return instructions and the correct return address from a member of our team. Please do not ship your parcel before this confirmation is received.
3) Repack the garment carefully, keeping all original tags and packaging in place.
4) Drop the parcel off with your chosen carrier and retain your tracking reference until the refund or exchange has been completed.
Exchanges
Should you prefer a different size, colour, or product altogether, we are happy to arrange an exchange in place of a refund. Please indicate this clearly when you first contact us, and a member of the team will guide you through the specifics. Exchanges are offered for both faulty and non-faulty garments.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with the order you receive, please contact customercare@maisondulval.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue, and we will arrange a resolution at no cost to you, whether that takes the form of a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet entered our shipping pipeline, you may request a cancellation by emailing us as quickly as possible at customercare@maisondulval.com. Once a parcel has been handed to our courier and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and follow the standard return procedure outlined above.
Refund Processing
Once your returned garment reaches our facility, our team will inspect it against the criteria laid out in this policy and email you confirming whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval.
A few things to keep in mind:
- The shipping cost you originally paid at checkout is non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refund on your statement after we have processed it on our end.
- If 7 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund was issued and you still cannot locate it, please get in touch so we can investigate.
